HollyKiss Mission

HollyKiss came about after an extensive national search to find a meeting place for families, 

friends, and common interests. The expansive house and grounds accomplished  

this vision. HollyKiss was chosen for her spacious grounds and structures, history, and 

natural beauty. Also important was her close proximity to New York City, and other transportation hubs. 
 

The Hudson River Valley has a rich history of the arts, culture, and natural adventures. All are 

important considerations for the owner who is a Two-time Emmy Winning artist from the film industry in Hollywood. In addition to accomplishments in that field, experience running the 

#1 ranked vacation rental in the Hollywood Hills (73 bookings a year) for 14 years revealed 

the importance of a place for families, friends can relax and have some fun. It is also a place 

where creative people can have space and recharge. 

HollyKiss is the vision of its owner, Mark Zoeller, a Two-Time Emmy Award Winning

TV and Film Artist, Show Developer, Storyboard Artist, and College Professor. 
He owned and operated the top ranked vacation rental in the Hollywood Hills for

16 years, ranked #1 in 2019 with over 75 bookings annually (per: VRBO metrics).
